Your booking:

You will receive an email confirming details of your booking. Please check this carefully – it is your responsibility to contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Due to restrictions within the Scottish Short Term Let License, we cannot exceed the room capacity stated in the pricing schedule.

We do not accept pets.

Arrival and departure:

Check-in is between 4:30pm and 7pm. Please let us know before booking if you intend to arrive before or after this period.

Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy:

If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

If the booking is cancelled 21 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £25 per room booked will be made.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings at our discretion.

This will only be done where we cannot fulfil our duties safely and provide you with the stay you deserve.

Payment:

You will be asked to provide valid credit/debit card details at the time of booking, either online or over the telephone.

Payment for your room is due on departure for which we accept all major debit & credit cards excluding AMEX. We also accept cash payments.

We reserve the right to charge your card as detailed in our cancellation policy in the event of a no-show or should the booking be cancelled by you.

By entering into this contract you are authorising us to make these charges without additional consent being required.

Damages:

Any damage to our property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the lead guest for the booking.

Any costs we incur associated with repairs, cleaning and/or replacement of our property will be charged to the lead guest.

This includes (but is not limited to) damage to the bedding, pillows, linens, furniture and carpets, room equipment etc.

Own food on premises:

Guests do not have access to cooking facilities, however if you bring some picnic food or a takeaway we kindly request that you eat it in the Dining Room. We can supply plates, cutlery, water, glasses and we will collect and remove your waste.

Please show consideration for the guests arriving after you and do not eat food in the Bedroom. Additional cleaning due to onerous smells in the bedroom will incur a cleaning fee of £50.

Parking:

We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any vehicle whilst parked in our car park.
